Spend abit messing with settings before I thought about resolution. I am running a pretty strong pc (1070, 32 gb ram and, 8700k) and was having issues with my fps being down around 30. Short version: Change resolution for whatever it is to 1920x1080 if you are useing highter. As a side note the first one wont help people what are useing 1080p monitors sorry.
